Turnkey, sleeps 4, many amenities included (plates, cutlery, salt and pepper, towels, bedding etc.) Coleman stove or portable bbq available with extra charge. When I deliver the trailer, septic tank and propane are automatically charged. Not an option.

    Bob is a very accommodating host. His trailer is clean, functional, and is a great size for 3 people. He explained everything we needed to know upfront and was responsive as we had questions during the rental. Great guy, would absolutely recommend renting from him! 10/10
