Pets • Pets are allowed but must be house-trained, and kept off beds and furniture unless covered. • Any pet damage or excessive cleaning will be charged to the renter. Use & Care • Trailer must be returned in the same clean condition as received. • No climbing on the roof or using the awning in high winds or storms. • Do not move or tow the trailer unless specifically agreed upon. • All equipment (hoses, cords, kitchen items, etc.) must be returned clean and undamaged. Safety • No candles, open flames, or fireworks inside the trailer. • Do not overload electrical outlets or use unauthorized appliances. • Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately. Cleaning & Damage • A cleaning fee may apply if the trailer is returned excessively dirty. • Renters are responsible for any damage, missing items, or misuse during the rental period. • Smoking or vaping inside the trailer will result in a deep cleaning fee
