We offer an impressive list of amenities from a fully-equipped kitchen with a three-burner range, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an oven to a private bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and entertainment options, including a TV and outdoor speakers. It has dark window shades, a 3-burner range with a glass cover, and a 6 cubic. ft. gas/electric refrigerator with temperature controls, an oven with a glass door, and interior light. There is also a microwave oven, range hood, and a bathroom skylight. There is also, an outdoor griddle (separate add-on) that can make outdoor cooking a breeze. A small outdoor fridge and sink complete the outdoor kitchen. It comes with a load balancing, anti-sway hitch (included). Portable tire inflator (included) A 13,500-BTU roof-mounted A/C for hot days and a furnace for heating on cold days. A 30-amp service makes all the amenities run smoothly. Long distance charges 50 Miles per day are included with your booking, anything more is changed at 0.50 cents per mile. This charge is applied after you return the trailer. Pets and Insurance Furry friends are welcome. If you have taken your furry friends on a trip in your travel trailer, you have to include the $50 cleaning fee add on. It's important to ensure that the trailer is cleaned thoroughly afterward. While pets can add a lot of fun and companionship to your travels, they can also leave behind hair, dirt, and odors that may be unpleasant for future trips. By taking the time to clean the trailer thoroughly after your pets have been in it, you can ensure that the $200 Deep cleaning fee will be not charged when the trailer is returned. Smoking and Safety To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, we kindly request that there is no smoking in the trailer or climbing on the roof of the trailer. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and healthy environment for all of our guests. Please do not remove the smoke detector or disable it. Smoking in the trailer will also result in a $200 deep cleaning fee. Grey and Black Water Tank - Empty before Return We kindly ask that you help us maintain a clean and hassle-free environment by emptying the grey water and black water tanks before departing. We understand that this may seem like a small task, but it goes a long way in keeping our property clean and safe for everyone. Please note that if the tanks are not empty, we charge a dumping fee of $300. We want to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay and by following these guidelines, we can ensure that the experience is enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding. Pickup and dropoff Times Pickup and dropoff can happen on weekdays between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and on Weekends between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. only. IMPORTANT: Please download and sign in to the RVEzy App on your phone before pick up. This will ensure we can electronically sign and complete all the documentation easily and quickly.
