26 ft travel trailer. Can add on a ultra quiet - brand new 3500 watt generac generator with enough power to run appliance and lights.. Gas and Gerry can not included. Trailer Includes everything you need; mattress covers, towels, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, 4 camping chairs, outside table, - but please let me know if you need bedding included. First aid and basic emergency medicine incl. Pillows are excluded. Trailer Equipped with indoor / outdoor Bluetooth speakers, t.v. & PlayStation 3 for movies / games. There is a portable radio, an outdoor fridge and shower, an awning with LED lights. 1 Slide out that gives a ton more space. Notes: There is a Propane refill charge applied to every booking in the amount of $25, this ensures you always start off with propane to get you through cold mornings and nights , and run the fridge if needed etc. There is a Minimum 4 night stay required for all bookings that include delivery and pick up. Otherwise, 2 night stay min. Is welcome for all other bookings unless it is during a long weekend or holiday, then the minimum booking is 3 nights. Pick up & drop off times to be arranged ahead of booking acceptance. Renter return time must be by 5 pm (unless otherwise agreed upon) or late fees will apply ($75 from 5:30-7pm & $100 from 7-9pm). Can add on games such as camping badminton, board games, crib, puzzles, chess etc. Reach out to me for a list of available games. Can add on a pump & hoses, with 2 water jugs for an additional fee. We find this to be especially useful in keeping the trailer stationary while continuing a solid flow of water supply at sites that do not have water hookup. Our 50ft power cord and adapters are for rent and required to power the rv. Please add them in the booking for an additional $25. All add on items are subject to full replacement costs if broken or misplaced, such as: 50ft power cord =$250 (incl tax). Generac Generator = $1800 (incl tax).
