Fun little family camper, situated in Grand bend, Ontario. Light enough to be towed by smaller vehicles that have the proper hitch set up. Fully equipped with a Double bed tip out, dinette into a double bed and bunk beds! Please see photos to ensure this is what is needed for your group. Also includes a complete bathroom with full bath tub and shower, toilet, kitchen sink, microwave, stove top and AC unit as well as storage space for all your gear. Trailer requires a 30 amp electric hook up, however we do have a converter to 15 amp if required. Please advise if this is required at your booking to explain trailers limitations Please note: NO features available without hydro hookup (including fridge, awning, water features etc) This trailer is great for a small family, retired/younger couple looking for some adventure. It offers an easy set up that fits just about anywhere with its smaller size. The trailer does have a fresh water holding tank for areas without options of water. Please note you still require electricity to run the water pump to use these features. We offer delivery and set up within Grand Bend for an additional fee if required. Delivery Includes: Delivery within Grand Bend, Setup and take down of the trailer, access to on board water (within the site limitations) Dumping of septic system at end of trip. Please be sure to add "Delivery" request in a the quote. For pickup you will require a 2' ball for the hitch connection and a 7 pin brake controller. We can provide 7 pin to 4 pin converter if required just note in your rental You will need to bring what you require for your trip including septic friendly toilet paper. Minor damage has been photographed previous and recorded prior to all trips - Any new damage will be subject to charges. No Smoking, Vaping, Marijuana smoking inside the trailer. Full security deposit will be forfeited if suspected usage No climbing on the roof of the trailer
