If your booking follows another rental, pickup time may occasionally need to be adjusted depending on when the previous guest returns the RV. We will always keep you updated and do our very best to have the RV ready as early as possible while maintaining our cleaning and inspection standards. Late Return Fees To avoid impacting the next guest's reservation, the following late return fees apply: $150 for returns between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM $250 for returns between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Late returns beyond these times may incur additional charges. Septic / Black Tank Service: A mandatory $159 septic tank dumping fee applies for delivered rentals to ensure the trailer is returned clean and sanitized for all guests. Power / Campsite Requirements: Boondocking (camping without electrical hookups) is not permitted with this RV. The trailer must remain connected to shore power or an approved generator during use to ensure proper operation of the systems and to avoid battery drainage or electrical issues.
