Our 2023 Grand Design Imagine 2800BH is ready to take you on your next great adventure. Our home away from home features everything you need for a weekend away or a month-long getaway. It is a great RV for the whole family! (Smoke-free unit!) Room for everyone including pets, has designated pets bowl and bed. Very spacious interior design with a private queen-bed master room with plenty of storage and a separate door, double bunk house that sleeps 4 adults comfortably and a dinette conversion that sleeps 2 kids comfortably. . This unit will sleep 6 adults comfortably, or 8 with children. We have outfitted our RV with all the stuff and all the modern conveniences and more to make your vacation special! The indoor kitchen includes a gas stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and double sink. Stocked full with all the dishes and cooking utensils you need. The outdoor kitchen includes a small fridge, a gas griddle and counter space. Plenty of under-bunk storage for all your extra gear. Extra large stand-up shower, toilet and vanity as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off from your day's adventures. Equipped with a Heating and Air Conditioning system, and a 32-inch TV, bluetooth, Radio that includes surround sound speakers inside and outside of the camper. Outdoor awning with LED Lights and external storage provides an easy and comfortable camping experience. Please DO NOT extend the awning in windy weather, always retract to the fully closed position is leaving the trailer for any length of time. Please be sure to double-check that there is clearance to open the awning - these can break fairly easily in windy weather. No driving necessary! Whether it’s to your campsite or your door, get the RV delivered anywhere up to 200 km. A note from the host: Delivery times are fairly flexible but not guaranteed! Once delivery is requested, we will confirm or deny the request right away so you aren't left wondering. You are not required to be onsite for the delivery. Recommendations: - No festivals (unless otherwise agreed upon) - No smoking - All tire levels are to be checked daily (if travelling) - Renter must use RV toilet paper supplied Only - Normal toilet paper must be disposed-off in the garbage - No smoking or candles/open flames inside of camper at any time - The owner reserves the right to use the security deposit for any damages - We would definitely recommend a campsite with full power so you can run the AC, refrigerator, microwave and outlets - Please do not extend the awning in windy weather. Lower the rear side in rainy conditions so the water will go down. Please be sure to double check there is clearance to open the awning, these can break fairly easily in windy weather. Please check there is room for slide out too. Slide out when the rig is fairly even and with no obstruction. Please clear the roof before Slide in. The trailer must be returned as clean as it was at pick up, with Propane tanks refilled, and Black/Gray tanks emptied. Prepay adds on are available. Lost key replacement will cost $100 plus $3/km travelling charges.
