This beautiful large travel trailer is perfect for short or long rentals. It easily sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8. It has all the amenities of home and lots of storage. This much loved family trailer features 2 tv’s with built in DVDs. A large mirror in the family area. Lots of storage and organization. Included in your rental are: 6 Outdoor Chairs; 8 plates, bowls, cups; Assorted mixing bowls; Cheese grater; Coffee mugs (4); Assortment of cooking utensils linens for all the beds and 8 pillows; 1 bath towel for every person on the agreement; 1 beach towel per person on the agreement; 2 hand towels; 6 face cloths; coffeemaker; toaster; cutlery; Pots and pans; 1 ply toilet paper The refrigerator runs on propane and electric and has a freezer ready for your use. Small outdoor carpet included for the entryway. The furnace runs on propane. Additional fees: Dumping fee at an additional cost if not at trailer park. Propane use- for heat, fridge and stove if you use more the one 20 lb tank in a weekend. Water fill, if not at a campground or if you do not have access to water we can fill before we drop it off. Pets by request depending on gender, size, type and quantity for an additional fee. No SMOKING please. This is a non smoking unit. This unit is available for delivery only and we will set it up and take it down. You are expected to wipe down the table and counter, wash any used dishes and sweep the floors before we pick up. Broom, dish soap and minimal cleaning supplies supplied. The beds will be made for you when we drop it off and we will wash the laundry. In the trailer: An assortment of tea, instant coffee, coffee whither, sugar, salt, pepper, dish soap, dish cloths and towels, and some essentials you might forget. Also a welcome gift from our family to yours with every rental!
