Brad was awesome to deal with—super responsive and the communication was excellent from start to finish. He was right on time with the delivery, too. Ian was absolutely the most wonderful host anyone can ask for. From the moment we picked up the RV to returning it he guided us throughout the entire process, did research to help us map out a great trip, was so incredibly organized with all the tools and equipment we needed including fun activities to add to our adventure.
