Towing Requirements:
• To tow The Fern you will need to meet your vehicles towing and hitch max. weight capacities. A 2 5/16" ball and 7 pin trailer connection are also required. A 4 to 7 pin adapter can be provided. If you do not meet these requirements, please inquire about delivery!
• The trailer is equipped with electric brakes, so for your safety, we will provide you a Bluetooth Brake Controller that you can control from your mobile device!
Rules/Restrictions:
• Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Negotiation is subject to availability.
• Guests are expected to treat our trailers like their own and return the trailer as they received it, otherwise the "Professional Cleaning" fee may be applied.
• There is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the trailer.
• Guests are expected to empty the trailer's black and grey water holding tanks before the end of their stay to avoid being charged the "Emptying Septic" fee.
• Guests should absolutely tag us in their camping adventures and share their experiences with us! #happytrailsawait
