Great toyhauler and great layout for families as there are 2 exterior doors there is a bathroom separating the 2 areas within the trailer. Everything is modern including hot water on demand, solar for charging the battery and electric awning. Will deliver to the setup spot depending on distance and time. Everything is included and ready to camp. Just bring your towels and sheets. Please no smoking inside the unit and limit pets to one well behaved dog thanks. I have a blue ox load leveller and sway control making towing a breeze. I also have towing mirrors if needed. I take great pride in my trailer and hope you do the same.
