Communication before delivery was excellent. We showed up at Point Farms Provincial Park shortly after our agreed-upon time, and Thomas already had the camper set up on our campsite, ready to go. He's friendly, straightforward, and walked us through everything we needed to know. The hand-off was quick and easy. Our family of four spent four nights in the camper. It was clean, fully functional, and well-stocked for our needs (we also brought some of our own gear). The whole process was relaxed—no long list of rules, just a smooth and stress-free experience. Returning the camper was just as simple. This made our little camping vacation both enjoyable and relaxing.
