- Brian M.Aug 2022I was under the impression the trailer was circa 2019. Therefore like new. We had some issues setting up and taking down. Prior to picking up the trailer I requested pictures of the trailer hitch electronics connector which I never received. Upon retrieving the trailer the owner did not have the correct indicator which lead me no choice except to quickly runout and buy one, however no store had the male connector equivalent. When I returned the owner suggested that I take the trailer without the lights working. Instead, with the owners permission, using an extra spare adapter, fashion a Meg shift one that did the job. Total time going yo the store and back and getting the lights to work- 2hours. When I got to the camp site we could get the screen door in place. It seemed that the tent top was about an inch to short and that the quarter turns to hold it in place were missing. Also, when putting up the yawning we noticed a pole was missing. I texted the owner about the missing pole and the fact that the trailer roof seemed to be not fully extended, but no real help. Next was setting up the fridge. Following the owners instructions, which I videoed when picking up the trailer, it never got cold. In fact did not seem to even work. This led me to buying ice for two days, not happy. Finally, taking down the trailer, as we lowered the roof via the automatic gearbox it stopped with a foot left. I removed the shroud and found that the little gear came off the motor. I managed to lower it manually. Just an fyi, as for cleanliness, I would rate the trailer a three out of five. Cutlery need a was, storage area was not organized. There was no key to lock the roof rack. Little things that can be easily fixed. Velcro straps hanging loose, no place to hang the half door. Again simple fixes. For a 2019 model it can use some TLC. About myself, I am experienced with tent trailers, setting them up and taking down for decades. I am mechanically inclined. I reached out to the owner for advice on the door, pole and fridge and did not get answers need to resolve the issues. Please feel free to contact me. Regards Brian Murray
