Light enough to pull for most larger SUV’s, but can tow to your location for a fee (see options). Sleeps 4 comfortably, 5 with a collapsible dinette, 6 total if putting more than one sleeper on one of the double-wide bunks. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Rear bunks are great for the kids, a full, stand alone Murphy queen in the front for two adults make for great sleeping (pictured both as folded up into the wall to reveal a couch underneath, and open for the bed); new this year is a fully electric, quick inflate air mattress for the bed as an option (the original, foam mattress is also an option and can discuss upon confirming your booking). All sleeping quarters have drawing curtains for full privacy (imaged). Working stand up shower and toilet complete the bathroom. 2 burner stove, single sink, microwave, and 2 way fridge complete the kitchen. 32” TV with Blu-ray/DVD player included for those rainy days or nights. Large awning for outside. For easy campfires, include the "firebowl" as an add-on. It connects to a 20 lbs. propane cylinder. Because it is a propane appliance, it can be used in most fire ban conditions (except total ban). Finally, a new ladder mounted bike rack can be added to store up to 2 bikes, freeing up space elsewhere for your trip ($20). Propane prepayment is available; however, you can use your own 20 lbs. tank and attach to the trailer to avoid paying this option. Renters must empty gray water and black tank (instructions will be provided). Only select septic emptying as a prepayment if you need the trailer delivered. Linens are not provided. Limited pots, pans, and other cooking items are included. Limited dishware and cutlery included (about 1-2 meals worth for a family of four). Smoking is not allowed; a $200 cleaning fee will be incurred otherwise. Finally, renter must have all required towing equipment (message me and I’ll let you know what that is if you are new to towing) including a hitch ball height not greater than 21” from the ground to the top of the ball; otherwise, the renter will need to add the weight distribution hitch option to meet safety requirements. No brake controller, no problem. A wireless brake controller can be added for $25. This controller still requires your vehicle to have a 7 pin round and a smartphone (iOS/Android compatible).
