Every renters is responsible for emptying the sewage and grey water tanks before returning.
For renters where we drop off and pick up that cannot empty the sewage tanks, they be charged $150 sewage fee.
The $150 cleaning fees includes the interior plus $50 for propane refills.
We do not provide linens, towels, or pillows, so please bring your sleeping bags
If you require a generator rental, we can supply a generator with the fuel for $100 per rental.
Our drop off and pick up delivery service is calculated at $4 per kilometre One Direction (from our location to the delivery location). That covers our gas and time for two round trips, drop off and pick up/setup and take down.
