This comfy family friendly camper is great for a weekend of camping and getting away! A spacious queen bed and curtains for privacy, kitchen table that coverts to a bed and double over double bunks, you can sleep the whole family and friends! The trailer has a very spacious full sized fridge and freezer, and a (propane) flame stove top. It also has a microwave and a double sink as well as a bathroom, bathroom sink and shower. 2 propane tanks, a battery and a water tank and pump system is equipped for out of park adventures. NOTE: All off park trips must add on the generator, or supply their own. Must use water tank and pump to operate toilet and sinks (if toilet is left clogged or damaged, there will be an extra charge). A city water connection and hose as well as a septic tube are provided for park trips. For hot summer days the trailer is equipped with A/C requiring 30Amp plug in. (Everything else runs off normal 15-20AMP). The trailer has a powered awning providing nice shady areas with camp chairs in storage. There is tons of storage for whatever you may want to bring in and under the trailer. There is a weight limit of 300lbs for this trailer as it not built for heavy individuals unfortunately. If you have somebody over the weight limit enter, it can lead to damages that the renter is responsible for.
