Julie was timely with her communication and everything that is offered (and then some) as part of the agreement was provided. We had no issues with the trailer - everything was in working order. The trailer was delivered and set up on time for our arrival. The dining tent and 4 chairs were a nice welcoming touch. It was apparent that Julie ensured that our camping time left nothing to worry about with many of the "little extras" available should we have forgotten anything.
