Very well-maintained classic teardrop trailer, like new, weighs only 920lb/417kg. It’s dry and cozy on rainy days thanks to a thermostat-controlled heater. On hot days the AC unit will keep you cool. It has a spacious cabin and ample lighting which is powered by the campsite's electrical connection or the RV’s brand-new battery. The queen-size sleeping area has a NEW double mattress that can be folded up into a small sofa, or I can supply inflatable mattresses in case you have pets and worry about damage. Two rows of cupboards provide ample storage space and the power outlet will keep your electronics running. The kitchen is in the rear and has an electrical outlet that supplies power to the appliances when the RV is connected at an electrical site. The stove and sink are not built-in, so the space can be used as needed, maximizing the cooking area. The following is included: kettle, toaster, two heating elements for cooking, griddle, and essentials such as pots, dishes, and cutlery. The RV connects to a 30 AMP campsite outlet or you can use an adapter (included) to power the RV via an extension cord from a 120V outlet. At a non-electric site, the lights and the USB outlets will run on the RVs new battery, which can be recharged via a solar panel (included), and you can use the provided butane burner for cooking. The large storage area under the kitchen contains three camping chairs and a table. The RV is very easy to use since no additional set-up is necessary. It is fully inspected and has a new battery and new tires. Ask about a discount for week-long stays and add-ons such as an extra tent with camping equipment and a mesh-tent which greatly increases the living area and keeps out bugs. IMPORTANT: you need a hitch receiver on your car, but I can lend you the hitch (ball mount with a 2" ball). A 7-pin or 4-flat wiring plug is sufficient (4-flat is an electrical plug for towing standard trailers). If you do not have a hitch, any mechanic can install one.
