Serif was easy to rent from and was able to provide all of the necessary gear to go right on our trip with the add on options
Very easy to deal with and very friendly. We had a mishap with the awning (which was totally our fault) and he was very understanding and kind about the incident. The kids and I really enjoyed the RV. It was quite comfortable and easy to use.
