Brand new 2025 Rockwood 277FT high wall. Features: King bed Queen bed Dining area converts to Queen bed. Double propane tanks Solar panel Upgraded 7500lb stabilizer jacks 13' awning dual batteries inside refrigerator outside accessible refrigerator heater air conditioner 3 ring stove (boils water fast!) slide out dining area tons of storage Not available: The unit has a toilet, but I really prefer it doesn't get used as then I have to winterize it and such, but I am open to a conversation about these features. Personally, I have never needed to use It. Includes: Linens, pillows cutlery, BBQ, dishes, chairs, table cloth, many other items. Just let me know what you would like to use. Available: Delivery and set up. Training Wagon, beach toys for kids, etc (my son is 6, so you get the idea) NO PETS. I am highly allergic. I don't charge propane, cleaning, addons or any other additional fees.
