***There is no top bunk Our RV is very comfortable, with everything you need for your vacation. Propane heat works while boondocking. Outlets and a/c require shore power. The top bunk has been removed - there is only the bottom (3/4) bed in the bunk section. The mattresses (3/4 where the bunks used to be and queen bedroom) have been upgraded for maximum comfort. ***Winterized from October 15th to May 15th. ***If booked during this period, water will not be available, unless you take it south. Bedding and towels for 2 beds/up to 4 people includes: Pillows, sheets, and comforters for the Queen and 3/4 beds. 4 bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths. Bedding and towels for 4 beds/up to 6 people includes: Pillows, sheets, and comforters for the Queen and 3/4 beds. Pillows, sheets, and comforters for the jackknife sofa and convertible dinette. 6 bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths. Fully stocked kitchen includes: Setting for 6: plates, bowls, mugs, cups and silverware Frying pan & saucepan, spatulas, and knives Mixing bowl, strainer, and measuring cups and spoons Cheese shredder, can opener, and potato peeler Coffee maker, kettle, and toaster Dish soap, dish cloths and tea towels Salt, pepper, and vegetable oil ***Please bring your own bedding/towels/kitchen supplies if you haven't added them on. ***Renters MUST empty tanks before returning the RV.
