Our RV is very comfortable, with everything you need for your vacation.
Propane heat works while boondocking. Outlets and a/c require shore power.
The top bunk has been removed - there is only the bottom (3/4) bed in the bunk section.
The mattresses (3/4 where the bunks used to be and queen bedroom) have been upgraded for maximum comfort.
***Winterized from October 15th to May 15th.
***If booked during this period, water will not be available, unless you take it south.

The RV comes with RV toilet paper, propane and empty water tanks.
Bedding and towels, kitchen and BBQ supplies can all be added to your booking, but are not standard, except for the mattress protectors and fitted sheets (which must be left on).

Pillows, sheets, and comforters for the Queen and 3/4 beds.
4 bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths.

Trailer was very nice inside and Cindy dealt with campground employees very professionally.
Friendly and accommodating host; some more structure and organization around the delivery would have been helpful, especially as we were first-time renters unfamiliar with e.g. how the batteries, power etc. worked, though admittedly we were on a private lot and not a campground. Also, as we weren't situated near a fresh water source, an option to deliver the tank already full would have been nice (we had to refill with a bucket and funnel). However, the host was overall responsive to our questions throughout the rental period.
The beds were AWESOME!! Such an amazing upgrade. Hot water was so reliable and constant, which is always great. Photo mid set up, with sunshades hanging just to alert passers by there's an awning out for now. It was clean, very spacious as well! Everything worked as expected. We were photographing a local event.
