This modern unit is very large inside impart to the dinette slide and is designed to meet all the needs of a family. First of all, it only weighs 3763 Lbs with a hitch weight of 520 lbs making it easily towable by many SUVs. It also only has a total length of just over 21’ so it also fits on almost any campsite! It also receives regular maintenance of wheel bearings, brakes suspension and tires to ensure a trouble-free trip. Sleeps 6. The front bed is a full size with extra storage underneath, there are 2 bunkbeds at the back for the kids and the dinette converts into another bed that sleeps 2 that also has storage under the benches. Kitchen has everything you need. You will appreciate the larger fridge and full-size freezer that will actually fit all your food and runs on propane or electric. 2 burner stove, microwave and a sink with pullout faucet. What about utensils?! Of course, this unit is stocked and ready to roll. I want to make this experience amazing so everything you’ll need comes with it. Utensils, plates and glasses for 6, a BBQ utensil kit, small portable BBQ (small propane tanks can be supplied for $10 each). Ok but lets get serious here… What do we do for our morning coffee?! I got you covered!! Of course, there’s a coffee machine!! This unit comes with a Keurig coffee machine with 10 K cups. (more available upon request), random pots and pans (don’t worry there is a pan to cook bacon!), a variety of cooking utensils (eg..stir spoon, ladle, salad tongues) and a few larger bowls for salad, chips or whatever. There is also a double slice toaster and an electric griddle for cooking breakfast. As I mentioned everything but the kitchen sink!! Oh, but wait... there is a kitchen sink! The washroom has all the convinces of home with a toilet, sink, and a larger than normal shower and because you will probably forget, comes stocked with toilet paper. (I told you, I got you). Heat or AC will pump out plenty of hot or cold air to keep you comfortable for great night sleep or those hard-earned afternoon naps! This unit is also supplied with a 24” smart tv with HDMI inputs if your kids (or husband) needs their video games. I know you’re camping but it comes in handy on rainy days or to help wind down at night. Wait, what about pets? Of course, pets are allowed!! Well as long as they don’t eat the cushions of course. As a pet owner, we all know that fur gets EVERYWHERE so a $40 pet cleaning fee will be applied and is available in the "add ons" section. Outdoor amenities The unit is equipped with a 10’ power retractable awning to keep you in the shade and out of the rain. An outdoor carpet is included to laydown under the awning which helps tremendously to keep your campsite and trailer clean. This camper also comes with 6 camping chairs (4 full size and 2 mini kids chairs) an outdoor table and of course marshmallow-hotdog/spider dog cooking sticks. This unit is also eqipped with a Bluetooth stereo system with dual zone (inside and outside) speakers. TOWING INFORMATION Please check your vehicles towing capacities prior to booking. If your vehicle doesn’t have a brake controller, I can provide you with a wireless one for $50. Rental RATES (minimum 3-day rental) $120/day $756/week $2600/month A $40 prep fee will be applied to each rental. An $800 deposit will be taken prior to departure that covers a $700 security deposit, a $50 septic emptying prepayment, and a $50 Propane refill prepayment. Should the camper be returned undamaged, tanks emptied, and propane full the total $800 deposit will be returned. I can deliver this camper right to your door and do a full walk around explanation of it all to you prior to your trip or I can bring it right to the campsite and set it all up for you.
