This cozy modern trailer has sleeping for up to 8 adults (more if travelling with small children). A roomy master bedroom with queen size bed, pull down sofa bed & table that converts to spacious bed. There is a double bunk roomy enough for 4 small children or 2 teens. With supper soft mattresses. Can be stocked with bed linens & sleeping bags if requested. Featuring a full kitchen, with large fridge and separate freezer, electric stove top and oven. Microwave and large farmhouse sink. Kitchen items including plates, cups, cutlery, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, toaster, Small propane BBQ, electric griddle, trash can, recycling bin, refillable water jug & ice maker. There is a spacious 3 piece bathroom with shower. Vanity and medicine cabinet storage as well as a collapsible drying rack that fits inside the shower or can be easily taken outside. Includes outside gear including outdoor rugs, 4 adult camping chairs, folding table and kids picnic table (if requested). Also includes Battery operated lanterns as well as an outdoor fridge. For rainy days we have you covered with a retro style tv and DVD player as well as a wide variety of DVD’s. Also stocked with various activity kits including: art, games, crafts, rainbow loom, nature exploration as well as several colouring books and a small set of construction cars. We know you will enjoy this weekender trailer just as much as we do!! … ***Please Read Before Booking*** Upon booking please have your site number and campground information ready, such as check in and check out times if delivery is required and if the site is full service (including sewage hook up, water and electricity) Add ons: - linens must be added on to the booking if required - the portable BBQ is free to use, if you would like full mini propane tanks included please use the add on option (tanks are also available for purchase at various stores such as Canadian Tire) - if you plan to use the heater and indoor stove please select Propane refill add on - if you are camping off grid or have no hook ups on your campsite, please add a Full propane add on - if you are inexperienced with trailers or would like us to set up the trailer for you upon delivery please add that in the add on section - if your campsite does not have sewage hookup, and you plan to use water and toilet, please add the empty sewage fee (not available for off grid camping) ** Please note: if you are camping off grid, the sinks and toilet will not be available to use. Trailer rules: - there will be no smoking inside the trailer at any time - it is extremely important to only use **septic friendly** toilet paper to ensure the toilet continues to run efficiently (note: toilet paper is not supplied, and if improper use clogs the plumbing lines, extra charges may occur)
