Great RV, newer, clean and ready for your next adventure. Has a sofa, which easily folds down into a queen size bed, along with bunk beds in the back for the kiddos, luggage storage etc. Includes bump out dinette which can be easily made into additional spleeping area. -propane/electric fridge-freezer inside -kitchen sink -small outside Fridge -exterior flat top griddle -outside Shower Rules: -I deliver and setup at extra cost to renter. -can use toilet and sinks, at extra cost. -if water is going to be used. On site hookup or fill is required as I will not travel with full tank of water. -Renter can use AC if 120V/30 amp service is available. -kids only in bunks, and one adult on dinette bed if needed.
