The kitchen has 2-burner cook top stove, range hood with exhaust fan, microwave, large sink with pull down sprayer, full apartment sized fridge and freezer. The bathroom has full shower, foot flush toilet and the ever important exhaust fan. Ducted 30 amp AC and furnace gives you 3 season comfort. Safety features include smoke alarm, CO2 detector and fire extinguisher. Outside you'll find a powered awning with LED backlights and outdoor speakers. **What’s included: Lots!
