This 25ft Grand River is ideal for an inexpensive yet luxurious getaway! With the ability to sleep 7, it boasts a queen bed, 'double-over-double' bunk beds and a fold down dinette. It is easy to tow, light weight -approximately 3899 lbs with 500lbs hitch weight. You will be comfortable! This baby has AC and heat that run off propane. You will also find a handy bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a full kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer! It has a motorized awning. There is plenty of storage for clothes as well as all your camping supplies. There is also a wall mount TV on a swivel to enjoy - please bring your own fire-stick and devices. This is ideal for families and is used by the owners as such! Because our young family uses it, we have a firm no smoking policy and ask that you please treat it with care! Hope to have you!
