2025 Avenir 17BHC, sleeps 5-6, great for small family and a dog. A/C, heat, microwave, fridge, tub with shower, single bunk beds, 1 queen and a small dinette bed, power awning. Comes with cookware, utensils, dishware, toaster, kettle. Guest must supply their own toilet paper, towels shampoo etc. Single axle, 2960lbs, for easy towing plus lots of storage space. Non smoking unit. All pets must have proof of flea/tick treatments before pick up or delivery. Last pics are of metal cut outs I do along with custom fire pits and rings.
