2025 Avenir 17BHC, sleeps 5 comfortably, great for small family and a dog. A/C, heat, microwave, fridge, tub with shower, single bunk beds 200lb capacity per bunk, 1 queen and a small dinette bed, power awning. Comes with cookware, utensils, dishware, toaster, kettle. Guest must supply their own toilet paper, towels shampoo etc. Single axle, 2960lbs, for easy towing plus lots of storage space. Non smoking unit. PS: If you are renting a site at the Pinery, I will not deliver to the Dunes or Burley. Riverside only. Last pics are of metal cut outs I do along with custom fire pits and rings.
