BRAND NEW 2025 Avenir 17BHC, sleeps 5-6, great for small family and a dog. A/C, heat, microwave, fridge, tub with shower, single bunk beds, 1 queen and a small dinette bed, power awning. Comes with cookware, utensils, dishware, toaster, kettle. Propane is included with BBQ add on. Guest must supply their own toilet paper. Single axle, 2960lbs, for easy towing plus lots of storage space. Non smoking unit. All pets must have proof of flea/tick treatments before pick up or delivery. Last pics are of metal cut outs I do along with custom fire pits and rings.
