We invite you to rent our stunning 2024 Grand River 22MB Bunkhouse RV Trailer! Ideal for your next family getaway, this spacious trailer comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. It's a perfect choice for small families, including those with pets (please provide proof of flea and tick treatment before trailer pickup). This travel trailer is equipped with everything you need for a delightful camping experience with your loved ones. Enjoy the power awning with lights, outdoor speakers, propane furnace, overhead fan with A/C currently not working, a queen Murphy bed, and double bunk beds. Additional features include a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, and a large-capacity fridge with freezer, with propane included and a fresh water capacity of 23 gallons. For enhanced stability, the trailer features four stabilizers and comes with a 2-inch 5/16 hitch assembly. ** Please note that the trailer comes with an electric tongue jack (Not Manual) so therefore the RV would need to be hooked up to an electric power source to successfully tow. A city water hose line is provided for easy connection to campground water. Fully furnished and equipped, this trailer includes kitchen cookware, Tupperware, utensils, and dishware for your convenience. You'll also find a toaster, coffee maker, kitchen spices, bath towels, washcloths, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner available for complimentary use. For entertainment, a TV is included, which can connect to Wi-Fi at campsites, allowing you to enjoy streaming apps like Netflix, Disney, and Amazon Prime with your own subscriptions. Please note that this is a non-smoking unit. Guests are responsible for dumping the black and grey tanks (waste) before returning the trailer; otherwise, a $150 charge will apply. ** Please note that we prefer bookings where the RV will be at a site that provides water & electricity hook-up! **Absolutely No Generator hook up permitted to RV trailer please** A walk-through inspection and demonstration of the travel trailer will be conducted at pickup for quality assurance, followed by a final inspection upon return.     ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nous avons eu une excellente expérience avec cette roulotte! Les propriétaires ont largement dépassé nos attentes. Ils ont été d’une grande gentillesse, très disponibles et extrêmement réactifs avant, pendant et même après notre arrivée. La roulotte est impeccablement propre, très confortable et incroyablement bien équipée. Honnêtement, nous avions apporté beaucoup de choses pour rien puisqu’on y retrouve pratiquement tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Tout nous a été expliqué avec patience, ce qui est très rassurant lorsqu’on n’est pas des habitués du camping. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur souci du détail. Sans même que nous le demandions, ils ont remarqué que nous n’avions pas de branchement a l’eau à notre emplacement et sont alles eux-mêmes avant notre arrivée remplir le réservoir d’eau de la roulotte. Ils nous ont même laissé une cruche d’eau supplémentaire. Ce sont de petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Notre décision de mettre fin au séjour plus tôt n’avait absolument rien à voir avec la roulotte ni avec les propriétaires. Nous avons simplement réalisé que le camping n’était pas le type de vacances qui convenait le mieux à notre famille. Si nous avions à relouer une roulotte, nous n’hésiterions pas une seconde à choisir celle-ci. Merci encore pour votre professionnalisme, votre accueil chaleureux et votre excellent service.     We had such a great experience renting Sunny and Harvey’s trailer! It was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The whole process was really easy, and they were both so friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. You can tell they take great care of their trailer, and it made our trip that much better. We’d definitely rent from them again and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a great RV rental.
