**THIS UNIT IS DELIVERY ONLY** The Cozy Alpha Adventurer accommodates up to 10 guests, at 38 Ft. with 1 slide out there is plenty of room for everyone! Also features a U-shaped dinette, interior blue mood light an outdoor kitchen with large smart TV, sink, fridge & freezer, ice Maker, fireplace, electric awning with LED lights, stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers, exterior doggy leash mount, rooftop solar panel, exterior cargo rack, tank heaters, back up Bluetooth camera, second door for bathroom only entrance, outdoor shower, and tons of storage space!! This rental will be packed with goodies for your family to enjoy! I take special requests for any items (dish soaps, bathroom necessities, games, balloons, etc.) you would like upon your arrival. WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL: Keurig with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TV, outdoor grill with propane tank and 6 foot table, outdoor mat, lights around awning, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home! Occupancy: Rental pricing includes up to 2 guests with double sleeping arrangements. Each additional guest beyond the included 2 is $30 per person, unless you choose to furnish the rental with your own linens, pillows, towels, etc. - then no additional fee will be added. EXCEPTION: Festivals (or ANY large gathering) have a different set of rules and provided list. Please inform us of any large gathering so we may prepare delivery. REQUIREMENTS: 1. NO Sewer hook up and no way to dump on your own - REQUIRED to select the Dump Fee 2. No water hook up and no way to fill your own fresh water tank - REQUIRED to select the Fresh Water Fill Fee *Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs. NO Pets or Shoes on Carpet areas Stains/mud/ pet smells will result in forfeiture of security deposit. *Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. If pets are in camper and not paid for, fee will be taken from security deposit. *ONLY FLUSH SUPPLIED SPECIAL RV TOILET PAPER AND YOUR WASTE! NO EXCEPTIONS! No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. - Will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Early Check-in (Before 3:00 pm) is an extra fee Late Check-out (after 11:00 am) is an extra fee *Extra charge after 4th guest The cleaning fee on this listing is a PREP Fee. The rental is expected to be returned in the same condition received for a cleaning fee will be assessed.
