Each additional guest beyond the included 2 is $30 per person, unless you choose to furnish the rental with your own linens, pillows, towels, etc. - then no additional fee will be added. *Festival Rentals: Festivals or any large gatherings have different rules, pricing, security deposits, and provided items. Dump Fee REQUIRED. *No water hook-up or self-filling capability? Fresh Water Fill Fee REQUIRED. *Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in all rentals. Violation will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. *Toilet Usage: Only the provided RV toilet paper and waste may be flushed. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items – this will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
