Each additional guest beyond the included 2 is $30 per person, unless you choose to furnish the rental with your own linens, pillows, towels, etc. - then no additional fee will be added. *Festival Rentals: Festivals or any large gatherings have different rules, pricing, security deposits, and provided items. Please contact us before booking for a tailored quote and complete information. Sewer & Water Fees: *No sewer hook-up or self-dumping capability? Dump Fee REQUIRED. *No water hook-up or self-filling capability? Fresh Water Fill Fee REQUIRED. *Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in all rentals. Violation will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. *Toilet Usage: Only the provided RV toilet paper and waste may be flushed. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items – this will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL: Keurig with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special RV toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TVs, outdoor mat, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home! *RENTAL PICK-UPS: Do NOT receive a stocked coffee bar, welcome snacks, or any setup cozy extras. Additional Fees: *Early Check-in (before 3:00 PM) and Late Check-out (after 11:00 AM) are available for an additional fee. *Outdoor Essentials Package (grill, propane, table, chairs, blankets) available upon request. IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION – PLEASE READ 1. Review Your Rental Agreement: After booking, please review the rental agreement provided in your confirmation email from RV Share. This document will also be emailed to you for electronic signature approximately 30 days before your booking. It outlines all fees, restrictions, and procedures. 2. Prep/Sanitize Fee: This fee is not for cleaning the camper but for preparing and sanitizing the interior. It covers essentials like toilet paper, septic chemicals, soaps, consumables, propane refill, and the operational walkthrough provided in person. *A cleaning fee may be charged if the unit is not returned in the condition it was provided, as outlined in the rental agreement. 3. Dump Fee Requirements: If your campsite or location does not have full hook-ups, the Dump Fee is required. *If the tanks are fully emptied upon retrieval, the Dump Fee will be refunded to you. 4. GPS Tracking: All units are equipped with GPS tracking devices, as stated in the rental agreement. Destination locations and speed are monitored. *Please provide accurate trip details and adhere to our speed limit requirements to avoid unsafe conditions or post-trip fees. 5. Pet Policy: If your chosen unit allows pets, a Pet Fee is required. Bringing an unapproved pet may result in forfeiture of your security deposit. 6. Special Requests: We cannot accommodate special requests during festivals or peak seasons. However, we will do our best to fulfill your requests during other times of the year. 7.
