Make memories in this camper whether you’re a large family, a bunch of friends wanting to go away together or a small group of couples (double bunks big enough for each couple!)!! Our 2018 Jayco Jay Flight 26BH accommodates up to 10 guests, at 29 Ft. And has no slide outs for easy towing and set up. Also features deluxe cabinetry, 2 large bunk beds, Queen bedroom with its own smart tv, electric Jack stand, electric awning, stereo system, exterior cargo rack, outdoor shower, heat/AC and tons of storage space!! This rental will be packed with goodies for your family to enjoy! I take special requests for any items (dish soaps, bathroom necessities, games, balloons, etc.) you would like upon your arrival. WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL: Keurig with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TV, outdoor mat, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home! RENTAL PICK-UPS: Do NOT receive stocked coffee bar or welcome snacks, or any set up cozy extras. OPTIONAL: Outdoor Essentials Package (outdoor grill with propane tank and 6-foot table, outdoor mat, camping chairs). EXCEPTION: Festivals (or ANY large gathering) have a different set of rules and provided list. Please inform us of any large gathering so we may prepare delivery. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Picking up the rental - REQUIRED to add the Ball, Hitch & Sway Bar Fee 2. NO Sewer hook up and no wat to dump on your own - REQUIRED to select the Dump Fee 3. No water hook up and no way to fill your own fresh water tank - REQUIRED to select the Fresh Water Fill Fee *Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs. *Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. If pets are in camper and not paid for, fee will be taken from security deposit. *ONLY FLUSH SUPPLIED SPECIAL RV TOILET PAPER AND YOUR WASTE! NO EXCEPTIONS! No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. - Will result in forfeiture of security deposit. *Early Check-in (Before 3:00 pm) is an extra fee *Late Check-out (after 11:00 am) is an extra fee *Occupancy: Rental pricing includes up to 2 guests with double sleeping arrangements. Each additional guest beyond the included 2 is $30 per person, unless you choose to furnish the rental with your own linens, pillows, towels, etc. - then no additional fee will be added.
