Each additional guest beyond the included 2 is $30 per person, unless you choose to furnish the rental with your own linens, pillows, towels, etc. - then no additional fee will be added. *Festival Rentals: Festivals or any large gatherings have different rules, pricing, security deposits, and provided items. Dump Fee REQUIRED. *No water hook-up or self-filling capability? Fresh Water Fill Fee REQUIRED. *Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in all rentals. Violation will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. *Toilet Usage: Only the provided RV toilet paper and waste may be flushed. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items – this will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. *RENTAL PICK-UPS: Do NOT receive a stocked coffee bar, welcome snacks, or any setup cozy extras. Additional Fees: *Early Check-in (before 3:00 PM) and Late Check-out (after 11:00 AM) are available for an additional fee. *Outdoor Essentials Package (grill, propane, table, chairs, blankets) available upon request.
