Occupancy: Rental pricing includes up to 2 guests with double sleeping arrangements. Each additional guest beyond the included 2 is $30 per person, unless you choose to furnish the rental with your own linens, pillows, towels, etc. - then no additional fee will be added. *Festival Rentals: Festivals or any large gatherings have different rules, pricing, security deposits, and provided items. Please contact us before booking for a tailored quote and complete information. Sewer & Water Fees: *No sewer hook-up or self-dumping capability? Dump Fee REQUIRED. *No water hook-up or self-filling capability? Fresh Water Fill Fee REQUIRED. *Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in all rentals. Violation will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. *Toilet Usage: Only the provided RV toilet paper and waste may be flushed. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items – this will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL: Keurig with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special RV toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TVs, outdoor mat, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home! *RENTAL PICK-UPS: Do NOT receive a stocked coffee bar, welcome snacks, or any setup cozy extras. Additional Fees: *Early Check-in (before 3:00 PM) and Late Check-out (after 11:00 AM) are available for an additional fee. *Outdoor Essentials Package (grill, propane, table, chairs, blankets) available upon request.
