Enjoy family adventures in our brand new bunkhouse! We offer all the amenities including linens, cookware, utensils and a K-cup coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sugar to make your mornings a little more convenient. There is even a folding grille table with a gas grille and 6 camping chairs to complete your campsite setup. You can tow this unit yourself with almost any standard pickup truck, or we can deliver and set it up for you depending on our availability. Either way, all you need to bring are your clothes, food and the kids. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you that may be offended by stale smoke or allergic to pet dander there is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. There will be a $500.00 special cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking or pet damage/hair.

A note from the host: We will deliver the trailer to your destination based on our availabilty due to other units booked at a similar time. We include chocking and levelling the unit at your campsite and completing all available hookups for water, sewer and electricity based on your site selection. We will set up the table and grille, along with camp chairs if the weather permits. If your rental includes a generator for boondocking we will set it up adjacent to the trailer and make all connections. The renter will be responsible for adding fuel. Emptying the Black and Grey water tanks is included in the price for delivery and pickup.
