The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, plates and utensils, a coffee pot and microwaveable cups and bowls. All you need to bring is the food and condiments - there is plenty of cupboard and refrigerator space for everything you will need to enjoy your campsite without having to run out for supplies! We offer sufficient linens based on the length of your booking, and laundry bags for used towels and such. The bathroom is fully stocked with tissue, and there are trash receptacles and a supply of trash bags for your convenience. This unit has never been smoked in. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you there is a strick NO SMOKING policy. Delivery and setup are required as this unit has a tongue weight of 948 pounds and the dry weight is 8431 pounds. We will waive this requirement for seasoned haulers with the proper towing rig at our discretion. This is not the rig to learn to tow with. We level the unit, install wheel chocks, hook up water, sewer and electric depending on your choice of campsite. We provide a full walk-through to familiarize you with the unit and will empty the holding tanks at the end of your booking, if necessary. Camping gear including: folding table and 6 chairs, tabletop gas grille, tiki torches and fuel, 3 flat screen tv's with King Wi-Fi setup; 2 battery operated lanterns in case of power outages and a roll up entrance rug to help keep the campsite out of the camper
