My camper is designed to accommodate a young couple with 2 small children ( combined weight of 150 lbs) for camping in State parks or commercial campgrounds that provide water and sewer hook ups. I do not rent to concert events, such as Bonaroo. I will haul and have set up for you for a reasonable fee for your convenience. I do not allow others to tow. As the pictures show, it provides all comforts of home. The bath is small but adequate. The nook sleeps 2 “small”( combined weight of 150 lbs) children , or 1 average size teenager (150 lbs) comfortably. Microwave and coffee maker & toaster included. Has under counter fridge\ freezer. Everyone raves about how good the queen size bed sleeps! Included also are basic dinnerware ( plates forks spoons & knives). Hot water is provided by an upgraded tankless water heater for long showers. There will be an additional dump fee for the waste tanks as well as additional fee for propane tank provided . Linens for the queen bed are provided, with the exception pillows. If you plan to bring children or pets to sleep on dinette bed, you must provide pillows sheets and blankets. Wash cloths and towels will be provided. 2 folding lawn chairs are provided .
