Less than 24ft, easy driving and handling, yet big enough with everything for up to 6 person, perfect for a family of 4 to 6. We took the RV to Yellowstone in 2022 summer and it was an awesome trip. I have regular oil change (every 5k miles) and inspection done with Ford truck service center in Troy, replaced 6 tires with Michelin CrossClimate at DiscountTire on 05/26/23. The trailer is perfect for going on a trip with your family or as a couple and living full of adventures! Its small bunk beds can accommodate your young children or teenagers. You can share good dinners together in its dinette that can also serve as a bed for 1 at night. While the couch also converts into a bed for another person. The main bed is semi-private and is a queen bed with a mattress topper for extra comfort. This trailer has a stereo system that plays inside and out. Outdoor lights on the awning and the awning itself for some shade. The trailer will be empty when going out and expected to be returned the same way. I can fill the tank with water if you're going to a site without water hookups. Please be aware that the tank holds 44 gallons of freshwater. The water tank can be emptied by opening the drain under the trailer between the door and wheels. The sewage tank needs to be drained before returning unless you choose the add-on to have me do it.
This RV is very comfortable for being a small as it is has all the conference of home very easy to tow with half ton pick up or SUV. Camp in luxury! Available for delivery only, this beautiful 42 foot, 5th wheel bunkhouse with 4 slide outs can accommodate larger families comfortably. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a standard mattress- a real upgrade from the thin camper mattresses! A bunkhouse in the middle of the camper has a couch that folds out into a double bed, and has a small bunk bed for a child. Large couch in the main living area folds out into a queen bed. Additional bonus queen bed above the mid bunk- sleeping bags are recommended for this one as it is somewhere between and queen and king sized bed, so linens don't fit it well. Full bathroom with larger shower and exhaust fan. Kitchen has a propane stove and oven, microwave, center island, and FULL SIZE residential side by side refrigerator. Large pantry for food storage, and additional storage above the seating in the living room. Dinette with 4 movable chairs. Ceiling fan, electric fireplace for additional heat or just to add ambience, ceiling fan and 3 TV's (living room+ DVD, bunkhouse & master bedroom). Indoor/ outdoor sound system. Washer/dryer. Central vacuum system with hose long enough to access the whole unit. 20 foot power awning with remote control and LED lighting. Outdoor kitchen with propane stovetop and mini fridge. Outdoor shower. Furnace and "cold weather package" for chilly nights, and 2 AC units for hot summer days.
