(Instructions videos are coming soon) *Propane- No need to fill or swap them out, we’ll do it for you! We will check the bottles when you return the rv and if one or both have been used we will fill them for the propane fee as mentioned in “Add-Ons” and will simply deduct that amount from the security deposit. *Black & Grey Water Tanks- We will empty them for you if you would like. Just text message us prior to returning the travel trailer to let us know so we can plan to do this. If you are camping at a campground with no sewage hookup at the campsite you would need to move the entire travel trailer to drain the black and grey water tan when it gets full. This external bladder makes things much easier by allowing you to only need to move this external bladder to the sewage area that some campgrounds offer. (Please research- Some campgrounds have no sewage hookup at the campsite or the campgrounds). Ad-On: Bose Party Mode Speakers *Many more Add-Ons will be added soon. We have bikes for adults and children and items such as kids floats and will soon provide paddle boards. Please ask for items not listed and we may have it.* Very Important Information, please read carefully: By renting this rv you are agreeing to return it in the same condition it was delivered to you, including clean with no damage. No Pets and No Smoking! We love our animals and can understand why guests love to take your pet camping. If you would like to take your pet camping there are plenty of hosts that allow pets in their RV rental and we kindly ask that you choose another RV rental instead. We provide a very high standard of cleaning and sanitize the space as well as do our best to keep it free of pet allergens and smoke. If you choose to smoke (cigarettes or other) or allowed an animal in the RV we will charge an additional $399 fee out of the security deposit to hire a professional company to clean furniture, beds, blinds, rugs, etc to the condition it was prior to the rental.
