Sleeps 6 people comfortably with a master queen bed in the front, 1 sofa bed with an over head bunk(max weight 250pounds), and a dinette that folds into a bed. One free standing 24in TV. Cold A/C to keep you cool in the heat of summer. Also equipped with an Anti-Sway/weight distribution tow bar for easy towing. Regardless of the weather, you will be kept warm with the propane heat and cool with the electric air conditioning or vents within the camper. There is an electric awning with LED lights to enjoy some time outside, yet stay dry and shaded. This camper comes with 6 foot folding outdoor table, large outdoor mat, electric fan, portable fire pit with grill for grilling, all the connections required for a full hook up, leveling blocks, stabilizers, tool kit, Keurig coffee maker, Brita water filter, sheets, pillows for the queen bed. Pots and pans, cooking utensils, toilet paper(use RV toilet paper only), a roll of paper towels, hand and dish soap, and basic cleaning items, portable electric hot plate(so you can cook outside and not stink up your clothes inside the RV), microwave, stove top. No smoking. Well mannered pets are considered for an additional fee. Clean up after yourselves and your guests (even the furry ones) Delivery/standup & pickup/takedown available upon request for additional fee. Mileage cost may be added, depending on distance. If picking up the camper and the vehicle you bring to tow is not compatible with the camper, the booking can be cancelled (in favor of the owner) and a refund may not be issued.
