My favorite item is the Alde heat system that is water based near the floor. No fans or loud heater, completely quiet heat. The ability to quickly setup so you are outside enjoying nature is also another great feature we love. Being a full hard shell with aluminum roof you enjoy the peace of mind of security at night. The camper has central air condition as well and will run off a generator or 30amp service. As night rolls in kick back and watch movie on the tv and portable dvd player (some setup required). Convert the dinette to a bed and have a large sleeping area for two. Included is the power cable to connect trailer to 30 amp service. A propane tank (no less than half full, goes a long way). (For longer rents over 3 days or more will insure full tank). Bed sheets. I have a drop hitch you can use if you have a truck but for a car you will need to have a straight 2 inch ball hitch. Gray tank lines and fresh water lines with safety valve included. Some rules. No pets. 2 adults max in camper at a time. Small children excluded. Cassette toilet is not inlcuded. Thus please use parks or campground's facilities. (We never used the toilet in the camper).
