2021 Coleman 2021 FOREST RIVER 263BHS
The 263BHS is a classic family bunk house floorplan. Plenty of sleeping is provided by a queen bed in the private master bedroom, two spacious double-over-double bunk beds, as well as our extra-large U-shaped dinette and jiffy bed sofa. Well thought-out features including the easy view angled entertainment center, generous kitchen pantry and standard outside camp kitchen.
Additional storage spaces include the under-bunk cubby and floor-to-ceiling closet in the master bedroom.
This is a nonsmoking (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, pot, etc.) trailer. If our 3rd party cleaning service detects smoke you will be fined $300. The travel trailer has no electric or no water. The renter must make arrangements. If I deliver the trailer, the lot has to be level. I do not deliver the travel trailer to uneven lots that would be a variance of more than one foot One Direction or the other.

We opted for delivery and he was right on time for drop off and pick up! Very helpful throughout the process. As for the trailer, it was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Even stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. As well as towels, pillows, and bed linens, all clean, fresh and neatly folded. The campground we stayed at did not have electric hookups, so we rented his generator as well. Worked great, easy start up and was decent on fuel consumption. I saw a review complaining about rodents, but there were absolutely no signs of them anywhere. I would absolutely recommend Scott and his trailer to anyone and plan to use him in the future!
