Britt was wonderful to deal with. She was always very quick to respond when arranging everything. The van was clean and exactly what I expected. I solo camped for the weekend and wanted something to keep me warm and safe and Raggy did just that. The solar was more then enough for me and I loved how practical everything was in the van. I have a very lovely weekend, thank you, Britt!!
We enjoyed our week in this van. It was clean, easy to drive, and just the right size for visiting family. Summer was wonderful to communicate with — very kind, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout our trip. The only downside was that the fan wasn’t working, and since it was an especially hot week, that made any time in the van, especially sleeping, quite uncomfortable. There also weren’t any window coverings included (there were sheer curtains), which made it tricky to manage temperature inside as well as privacy. That said, we still appreciated how simple and well-designed the van was overall. For reference, we’re both about 5'3”, and the bed just fit for us (with our feet hanging off a bit) — but anyone taller might find it a bit too short. Overall, this van is a great choice for short trips and family visits, especially once the fan issue is fixed.
