Britt was wonderful to deal with. She was always very quick to respond when arranging everything. The van was clean and exactly what I expected. I solo camped for the weekend and wanted something to keep me warm and safe and Raggy did just that. The solar was more then enough for me and I loved how practical everything was in the van. The Roadtrek was everything we had hoped for and more. It was well equipped with everything we needed and the ability to camp off-grid due to its solar power capabilities was awesome. Andrew was extremely thorough in explaining how everything worked and the written manual came in very handy. We were comfortable travelling with a medium sized dog and appreciated the vehicle being pet friendly.

Fantastic experience with the van and Vincent. He was very attentive and went out of his way to accommodate us, even adding a trailer hitch for our bike rack. The van is super easy to drive, well powered, exceptionally set up for off grid stays and is surprisingly decent on fuel. This rig is great to travel in and the large windshield is a bonus to take in the sights
