We are so grateful to Hero RV for giving our family an opportunity to use their RV! Everything was easy to plan and the RV was perfect for us. Communication was almost immediate through the app. although the app has some issues with disconnecting and making us sign back in every time we tried to respond to a message. The owners were very accomodating for us picking it up and returning it as we live 2.5 hours away.

We camped in Algonquin Park from July 3rd to July 6th and had an outstanding experience. Tom was a pleasure to work with—he was professional, punctual, and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. He was very informative and ensured both the delivery and pickup of the trailer were seamless. The trailer was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the perfect size for our family. Everything functioned exactly as it should, making our camping trip comfortable and stress-free.
