2014 Forest River Class CWe really enjoyed the RV from Daniel. It was extremely well maintained, clean and very well stocked. This was not our first time renting with RVezy but this was the best kept RV we have ever rented on the app. They have clearly put a lot of effort into keeping it in perfect shape. It had everything we needed for our trip. Expectations regarding usage and all communication was straightforward. There was some minor cosmetic damage to one of the original 2015 decals on the exterior that took place on our trip and we are still working out the details on replacing/fixing that, as you are expected to return their RV 100% exactly as it went out.

2019 Ford Class CWe are so grateful to Hero RV for giving our family an opportunity to use their RV! Everything was easy to plan and the RV was perfect for us. Communication was almost immediate through the app. although the app has some issues with disconnecting and making us sign back in every time we tried to respond to a message. The owners were very accomodating for us picking it up and returning it as we live 2.5 hours away.
