Thomas was helpful and patient throughout our nearly two-week family RV adventure with "Forest". Everything worked when needed (AC the first nights, Furnace for the rest!). Everything needed for a successful trip is on board this vehicle. It was such a success that this went from our 'first' RV trip to 'first of many' very quickly.

We had a good experience. The RV was clean when we picked it up, it was equipped with all needed amenities such as the generator as we experienced a power outage at our camp site and it was good to have backup. It was easier to drive and maneuver than we expected given the length of the vehicle. Did not use AC as it was cold, but the heater definitely works. The lady who does the pickup and drop off walk through was very helpful in going over all our questions and was flexible in giving us more time to drop off. It has a huge trunk area that we regretted not bringing kids bikes with. The RV had way more storage than we needed (2 kids 2 adults) and was toasty in colder weather camping. I would recommend this RV rental to others.

Doris and her Husband were absolutely amazing to deal with, she handled the situation well and her husband shared his knowledge of the RV explaining and demonstrating everything that was necessary. Response time was within seconds of something came up, I would definitely recommend them for a flawless experience.
