All around great experience ! Easy to deal with from pick up till drop off. Not a negative thing but just letting renters know that it does not have a propane fridge and it needs power. Serif was so kind to refund my prepaid propane as i did not know.

Gary and Kim are exceptionally great! It was our first experience renting and staying in an RV, but this will sure be one of the best. They had all things necessary for renter including outdoor chairs, cutlery, towel, etc. The camper was in very good shape, clean and everything worked perfectly.
