Peter was easy to communicate with, very thorough in explaining to us who had never used a camper trailer before, how to use the the features and how to properly set up and maintain the trailer. He was flexible for pick up and drop off of the trailer which was greatly considerate for us since we had a slight change in our plans where we had to return early for work but gave us the time to return the trailer after our workday.
