Blue Ridge Rock Fest fills Virginia International Raceway with stacked stages, camping neighbors who feel like friends, and a rock and metal atmosphere you can hear from the lots. Rolling in an RV gives you a private deck for late-night snacks, a real bed after long days on your feet, and room to stash rain gear and boots. You trade cramped hotel turnarounds for a short walk from your site to the music. It is a road-trip story you will retell every time a favorite riff comes on.

Virginia International Raceway, Alton, VA, US
Aim for Alton and Virginia International Raceway in south-central Virginia, within reasonable driving distance of cities such as Danville and Greensboro for supplies and fuel stops. Major approaches often use US 29 or US 58 depending on your starting point, then follow local roads toward the facility using the venue address on Pine Tree Road as your GPS target. Give yourself extra time on arrival day because festival traffic can stack up near the gates, especially in an RV. Watch for staff directing oversized vehicles toward camping check-in rather than general lots. Once you are routed onto the property, move slowly, use your mirrors, and staged parking teams will help you find your lane. If you need propane or a last grocery run, handle it in a larger town before you get close to the site so you are not threading a big rig through tight last-mile detours.
"Story" was a great RV and Joshua was an amazing host. This was our first time traveling in an RV and Joshua was very patient in answering all of our questions. He provided a very thorough orientation. The RV was fully equipped with everything we needed including kitchen/bath items, camping chairs, linens, etc. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. We were able to boondock without any issues. Communication with Joshua was amazing and I highly recommend this rental.
